Supervision in the red area for 2021, will be provided from 8:20AM.
Students SHOULD NOT be arriving at the College earlier than this time.
Prep
Please try not to arrive much earlier than 8:30AM
Parents to come in to fenced area with your child, put their book boxes and bags in the bag racks at either Prep A or Prep B. If you are unsure of which class your student is in, Maria Healy (Principal) and Roxanne Marshfield (Head of Department) will be available to help.
Once the bags and stationery have been put in the racks, please find a seat, just like we did on the Open Morning. If you weren't at the open morning, that is okay, it will be obvious once you arrive as to which seats are for you.
Once it is time to leave, aim for one kiss, one hug, one goodbye. This is an important time to start positive morning routines.
You will be asked to leave by the rear gate close to the playground equipment.
In the afternoons, please don't arrive much before 2:45PM. It is a distraction to the students.
Please wait outside the gated area and students will be released to you.
Cycles One, Two and Three.
Please try not to arrive much earlier than 8:30AM
Parents are to go to the end of D Block (the building with four of the Montessori classrooms).
At 8:30AM, students will be sorted in to classes.
Please exit the Campus grounds once the classes are ready to go to their classrooms.
In the afternoons, please don't arrive much before 2:45PM. It is a distraction to the students.
Please wait in the undercover area, DO NOT hover outside the classrooms waiting.
Year One to Six
You are welcome to drop off stationery packs and bags on the way to the red area.
Students are to be in the red area by 8:30AM.
The class lines will be labelled.
If your student does not know which class they are in, a staff member will have class rolls available to help.
Please leave the Campus once the classes are ready to go to their rooms and start the day.
High Capacity
The Classroom Teacher will send Zoom links for Wednesday.
Students are welcome to go directly to their classroom Thursday and Friday morning.
Please don't arrive much earlier than 8:30AM.
In the afternoons, please don't arrive much before 2:45PM. It is a distraction to the students. Please wait in the undercover area, DO NOT hover outside the classroom door waiting. Please be mindful that classes are on top of the undercover area and that any noise you make travels up in to the classroom.
