Students will participate in short and long distance running that will take place across the Junior and Senior Campus’ of the College, respective of age groups.

Not only will students improve their running skills, Cross Country Training is beneficial for students that may partake in a number of other sports, increasing their physical stamina and resilience as well as improving mental focus and wellbeing. Students are welcome to join all the sessions that suit them at any point of the term.

Students wishing to be selected in the Capalaba School team to compete at the Bayside District Trial should consider participating in the trainings for the best chance at meeting the qualification time. The best improvement comes from persistence and consistency.
