Year 7 swim as part of their physical education curriculum. Students will learn a variety of rescue techniques and water safety.

Lessons continue every Wednesday throughout Term 1 and Term 4.

Transport:Students will walk to and from Junior Campus.
Arrival/Return Times:
Students will arrive at the pool at 11.45am and get back on Senior Campus by 12.50pm each Wednesday.

High risk
Activity Risk Management Strategies:
Due to working predominantly in the shallow ends of the pool the risk level will only be Medium. The students will also have access to personal flotation devices through the lessons.
Dress code:
Swim wear.
Students will change out of uniform and back in to uniform at the Pool
Other:
Sunscreen will be provided, however you are welcome to send your own.
