Year 7 students are invited to participate in immunisations for HPV and Diptheria (Year 7) and Year 10 students are invited to participate in immunisations for Meningococcal.
The first immunisation is being delivered to students on March 11, 2022.
Paper forms will be distributed to students, and are OPT-IN.
The provider will not provide an immunisation without your written consent.
